Watsonville Rules!! Whooo! lol ...actually it doesn't, but its not as bad as blackonblack makes it to be, its just boaring with nothing to do. Its pretty chill and melow (for like old people) but no gang problems/random bumbs/no big drug problems....Aromas/ Las Lomas just as boaring as watsonville unless you like living in the cuts and driving miles for a gallong of milk...aptos/capitola/SC is where its at.....pricey but you pay for the location..that is if you like the beach....hippies and weed...and all the college students..boardwalk..i mean there is lots to do here too...and the cops are way mellow..way liberal town... Good luck!

If I had the choice I'd live in soquel or Aptos. If you like the cuts I'd pick aromas or correlitos. Correlitos has the sausage factory's, pizza, Cadillac cafe, the 5 mile house and is only 12 minutes from 41st and 20 to down town. I love it there. The boarder of watson and corelitos is a nice spot. Amesti. Pioneer etc. Safe quiet and not that far. I live by aromas and the drive gets old. I go to Gilroy instead of watson or SC for most things.

Can you guys hook me up with any realtors for both rental and PURCHASE. Looking to get close to beach as possible at this point. Looking at buying too, so any help is appreciated. If I could find a foreclosure on the beach thatd be nice
