If you have some time, and you like Disneyland type stuff, there's Great America in Santa Clara. Not quite as good as Magic Mountain though, so maybe you wouldn't want to go...

Japantown is interesting if you've never been there before.
Union Square/Downtown has lots of shops: visit the San Francisco Shopping Center and the Sony Metreon.
Pier 39 and Fisherman's Wharf: tourist heaven. Make sure you visit the Pier 39 Visitor's Center and show them your AAA card. You'll get a buncha coupons and a few hours free parking in their garage.
Chinatown is cool too.
Depending on where and when, I can meet you if you like. Seri has my number if you want it (unless she threw it away already haha); I had suggested we go eat at Ramen Club sometime but that's really up to all y'all.

I assume you mean Japantown?
It's kinda different than Little Tokyo. For one, it's smaller, but it's anchored by an indoor shopping center. There's a Kinokuniya bookstore if you wanna check out the JDM car mags or bikini mags (Sabra FTW!), and some other shops and restaurants.
Worth a least an hour and a half or so of diversion, IMHO.
