Where can i get my ecu reflashed back to stock?

You probably talked to the wrong person here...

Others are right. You MAY be able to do it OS, otherwise you will need a new ECU. Sucks, but it's true.

Only the person who tuned the car with that map can unlock that map so you can flash back to stock. And that person might not be tuning anymore or may be in a different state etc. Something like that.

I thought the license number or whatever it was that the person paid for could be transfer from one tuner to another? If that's not the case, then this sucks cause I'm gonna have to be driving to socal to get my car retuned.

I can usually unlock and overwrite ecutek ECU's no problem. The toughest situation is an ECU that has been married to a V2 AP and the AP is stolen or lost. The only option there is to use another unmarried AP to overwrite.
