This is the first time ive heard of a filipino american import model actualy releasing pop singles in japan...in japanese

she's very fluent in Japanese, and does a lot of work over in Japan as well.

 

Is it me or is she lip syncing in the video? She's something like 19 right? Anyhow, she's hot, don't get me wrong but she is not Japanese and seems as if she is just copying the looks of Japanese girls (eyelash extensions, mascara, etc) so she doesn't really stand out in any way. She looks like every other Japanese girl in Roppongi or Shibuya or one working in a hostess bar. Nothing special in my mind but the girls we have are on average a little larger than their counterparts in asia. BTW, as someone else put it on the youtube comments, Koda Kumi is way better and more talented.

Leah Dizon's accent is kinda funky sounding sometimes.

 

She started singing this year I think.

That's probably true but Leah's video's syncing looks low budget and her lip movements don't even match the lyrics of the song.

 

here is the real question... did leah "sing" any of that at all?
