For all of those wanting to quit smoking and lose weight, I highly recommend adding at least a light exercise regiment to your weekly routine. After the first few days of exercise you'll notice that the super burrito or your fav brand of cigarette doesn't feel to good any more.

Eventually you'll get used to the new routine and you wont be craving the junk food or cigs any longer.

Best of luck to all of you!

PS... We might want to start a "workout/fitness" thread to keep people motivated and on the right track.

I love to light one up and go run at the gym, it makes it harder for you run, and when you dont have a stoge your so much faster and the run kicks ***!

^This.

I came so close to spewing and I was sorta hoping I would just to get it over with. Ugh. I just slept for the past 5 hours when I got home and now I'm okay. I left my car at my friend's house in Hayward. Hahaha. NEXT TIME, I'd like to drive my own damn car home.

- Get back into training muay thai hardcore again, back to 2-3 hours a day. And train in judo not-so hardcore.
- Lose about 60 lbs total, bring me back to 190lbs and 10% body fat ( the above will help )
- Continue to not eat fried foods and sodas.
- Put aside half my take-home pay after the promotion on the 11th
- Thank all the haters for the love they constantly give me
