ahh **** I miss The Hat pastramis!!!! and the chili cheese fries. and its always better the next day when the breads all soggy. Damn I want one soooo bad right now!!!

I made myself a donburi where the star ingredient was......washugyu! For those who don't know, washugyu is the American Kobe beef.

^ Washugyu? I picked some up from Mitsuwa when I was there Sunday. Mitsuwa is a Japanese market. The one I go to is at 675 Saratoga Ave. in San Jose. Just to let you know, washugyu is expensive. I bought the chuck used for sukiyaki, which is ~$21/lb. Washugyu ribeye steak is $65/lb.

However, the meat is nicely marbled, tender, juicy, and full of beefy goodness
