Oh, I know this pain as my car sits in the body shop for the last two weeks. I guess I am lucky my car is aspen white but it was a parking lot hit and run so I am out the deductible.

That sucks.... but I'm not surprised... people don't care and will try anything to get out of responsibility.
America used to have a more unique culture in the sense that the members of the society tried to be honorable and honest. This has eroded in the last several decades.
Sadly, the only legal recourse for you is just to pursue their insurance. The heart of the problem is that b*&%$ can't drive yet the state easily handed out a license to her, and that she doesn't care.
I wouldn't be surprised if a mysterious vigilante parking dude starts taking the law into his own hands somewhere in america... and people will applaud it.

a lady at the SF childrens hostpital did that to me.i was parked in the very last spot next to some generators.she pulled in super tight rubbing the whole side of my truck.i laughed.i simply put it in 4wd lo and backed out dragging her car with me.then i left.later in the week she found me and said i would have to pay for all damages,i showed her the video the parking guy gave me of her pulling in.guess she was known for this crap.end result was she tucked tail and ran.
