I bought the Bosch Icon to try, but my car was totalled before I installed them. Heres some info on them

http://www.bosch.us/content/language1/html/715_4502.htm

Have them for sale and I am in San Jose too if you want to try them.

I bought the Icons before the Valeos went on sale.

With that said, the Icons are still good eye-candy. I haven't used them at speed in the rain yet, but I'm told the spoiler shape works well to hold the blade against the windsheild. I first saw a pair on sybir's black Legacy wagon, and he is the one who turned me on to them. Good luck!

I'm still using a set of PIAA silicones that I bought in Feb 2004 before the Alcan Winter Rally.

They still work just great by the way, longer lasting than any other wiper blade I've ever used.

PIAA Silicon is the best wiper blade that I have used by far and it also applies a silicon layer to your windsheild that will repel water. If you do get these I would look around because I ended up paying 45 for the pair shipped, but found some for 35 at a local shop.

I've always been a fan of Bosch Micro Edge Excel. They're good wipers, and you can find them in most chain auto parts stores.

I just bought 4 pairs of the Valeo and installed them over the weekend. This morning it was a bit foggy and had nice layer for dew as I was driving . The wipers worked great.

If get them from the tirerack... the $10 shipping is good for 2 pairs.

+1 for the PIAA's I got them from tirerack i think and came with a free mini keychain light

Worked better than any other wiper I used. Also the treatment they give you to put on the windshield works like rainx. Good stuff
