How ironic... I've been meaning to let Michael borrow this DVD for a long time. I started thinking about it when all this pop singer stuff showed up on i-club.

like pimp said, Eugene quit to pursue acting. She signed with her bf's crew. no doubt influenced by him.
Bada waited for a contract from SM ent, they didnt offer anything. so she bailed and signed with another label for hella $ (in terms of kpop solo singers) for several albums.

Dont even get me started SES was what got me into kpop and now the dreaded time has come they broke up. Why is what i do not understand. But it was planned like 2 years ago for the group to break up. That means no more SM town music videos 
those were the ****. Eugene left because she wanted to be with her boyfriend and his record company. Sea or bada left because she got the largest female record deal in korea. Shoo stayed with SM because she has no where to go pretty much. The thing that makes me sick is this happened because of money and fame its not about the music anymore. Well they did come out with 7 albums so you cant really ask for much more from their 5 years.
Im not korean im chinese but i just like the music and the hot girls. There is just something that i like about asian music i listen to jpop too. Very interesting, but not situations like this. Just like the day when van halen broke up everyone put away their records and took down their posters... End of an era SES was the biggest female group of all time.

but i kinda just dicovered SES, so now i am going to try to buy all of the CD's, and get as many MV as i can...
damn...SES is great...too bad i didnt discover it back in 97...

i listen to both JPOP and KPOP..and i speak neither of the two languages...its something about the culture...the music that intrigues (sp???) me..which is why i cant stop listening to it....
