Let me preface this by stating Im against hunting whales as much as the next guy (though my GF assures me they are in fact delicious) So when that show Whale Wars came out I watched a couple episodes thinking I would see some real **** go down.
Wrong.
The first episode I watched was mostly an incompetent crew getting lost and a self righteous captain screaming at everyone. When they finally find a whale boat they swerve their boat all around it putting both ships and crews in danger just so they can yell at them through a bull horn (in English, to a bunch of Japanese speakers, duh) and throw STINK BOMBS on their deck!

I watched a couple more episodes to see if things got better but it was more of the same, if anything the crewe turned into reality TV ****** and seemed more in it for their own self gratification than anything else. I found out alot of people were watching the show just to see if they finally get their *** kicked by the whalers, and so was I. Its pretty bad when youre so obnoxious you can get people rooting for the whale boats.
well since Ive seen it I guess they got enough money to make some pretty crazy looking stealth anti-whale boat. For as crazy as it looks its just doing the same thing. Maybe it has a stink bomb launcher??

The whale huggers pushed too far and got ran over by a boat they were chasing, crew was okay but their $1.5 MILLON boat is on the ocean floor, heres the vid of the wreck, check it before it gets taken down!

I'm pretty much 100% in agreement with Jeremy. While I'm against the hunting and "Oh, we're just doing research BS" those hippies are wasting a **** ton of money by doing NOTHING. They are completely incompetent and endanger far too many lives.
Think of how quickly the whaling would have ended if they used that money to sway political opinions and eliminate research. Oh, but that wouldn't have gotten them on TV.

I can't believe that "whale wars" is actually on the TV.... what a bunch of retards! That boat looks stupid and they deserved what they got. If you're going to go against something, know what you're doing, and do it right.

haha ya I think that southpark episode pretty much nailed it
worst thing about these *** holes, is after attacking these ships and putting both ships and crews in danger, if the ships do anything back to them like fire the noise cannon or fire hoses at them, they run to the media saying "See! They were TRYING to KILL US!!!"

And that ****in capt Watson, lies about EVERYTHING! claims hes had whalers sabotage his ship everytime something breaks or they get lost, in one episode he fakes being SHOT! next scene hes fine, WTF?? He'll do or say anything to forward his agenda, he even says it himself,
