A whole 3 stations, [ben stein] wow [/ben stein]. Oh yeah, then theres the one in Fairfield. Unless you live within 15-20 miles, its just not feasible on a DD.

and people don't understand why I'm moving out of the state once i finish school.... I'm still waiting for the proposed/once proposed bill that will ban the sell of any new vehicles that does not reflect a certian amount of light, which would mean no more dark color cars.

Unfortunately you are wrong sir. Both leaded and unleaded gasolines above 91 octane rating that do not meet the CARB RFG requirements (read: all the good high octane race fuels like 104, 109, C16).

To add insult to injury, as the OP states in the thread title, they remove quality gasoline use for street vehicles, yet do not continue to support and provide E85 stations or existing station upgrades to provide E85. The last time I heard from the developers who do ethanol installs/upgrades for new/existing stations, the state is pretty much sandbagging applications by station owners to install and offer E85 alongside their gasoline and diesel pumps. Of course this fact gets buried as best as possible since California is all about the environment and alternative energy right? Oh right, Chevron has their hand up the state's skirt I forgot.
Keep up the hard work California, each time I hear something along these lines I get one step closer to moving out of state, if not this country. (I hear British Columbia is now up to R33 Skylines since they were made starting in '95 right? Few more years and they'll have R34's imported and I'll be Canadian.)

WHEN, are any of us going to have a streetable, licensed car that is even capable of taking advantage of the kind of boost and ignition that would require anything above the RFG 100 octane stuff?

the only carb approved 100 is VP Street blaze at this point. Cheapest ive seen it is 8bux a gallon. Not to mention it doesnt run very well in my cars compared to sunoco.
