oh noes, I read a certain someone on that other certian forum that sucks ranting about how they cannot do it anymore or the restrictions are hefty and make them almost impossible to use. Don't quote me but I remember it pretty well.

Subaru has started cracking down on the transfer of Subybucks and conversion to non-OEM purchases. They've started refusing to honor them unless all of them are in the name of the purchaser, and everything matches up.
