Hello all, I haven’t posted here in a long time; you can put me on the list if you want.
These roads are my backyard (Kings Ridge is just 10 minutes from my house), so if any of you are nervous about taking the lead on Meyers, Skaggs or Coleman I can do that if you like. I love driving these roads all-out; but I have learned to honk my horn before going around some blind corners.
Depending on how my back is doing I my not be able to meet you in Petaluma; if I’m in a lot of pain that day I can join when the group gets to Occidental.

Keep in mind that when you first turn from Hwy 1 to Meyers Grade Rd. it’s one of the best video opportunities.
If you can get someone with a video cam up the hill, you would get a great shot of every car at the same time, going around some beautiful turns with the ocean in the background, and no other traffic.

Ok guys... this is officially in my schedule now, so I'll be there unless something out of the ordinary happens. On another note, Roo suggested that I either lead or sweep. I think I'll have a lot more fun leading so I'll take that job .
People who have driven with me know I like to keep a pretty brisk pace but I keep it safe especially around blind turns and such. If someone knows a particular stretch of road better I'll be happy to switch out with them here and there. Just remember to go at your own pace and leave your egos at home. If someone behind you wants to go faster and is putting on some pressure, just let them pass in a safe manner rather than trying to push yourself and your car beyond the comfort zone. Lets make this a nice clean Northbay drive!
Thanks
