one. i can tell you dont go to ucsc where the parking enforcment is seriously a **** regeme.
two. i can yell whatever i want.
three. if you dont yell something rediculous at someone towing anonther subaru you should.
four. having an icon with a fish wearing a snorkle would make me look like an idiot, fish have gills.

No what makes you look like and idiot is yelling something with no relevance to the situation at somebody doing thier job. Where do you work? Next time I go to taco bell, I'll wait til you hand me my food in the drive through and yell at you that your a racist as I drive away.
You have every right to yell whatever you want, but why did the car get towed in first place? Do you even know? In my experience they don't tow cars legally parked. All you are doiong is using a lame *** cop out to justify somebody elses bad behavior, disrespect for others or maybe in this case, ignorance.
Theres a button above the shift key on the left called caps, I suggest you learn what it means before you finish college.
