Vista Points in San Jose Area

can anyone suggest some places around san jose that offer some good views of the city? like on mt.hammy. thanks in advance.

The Fremont Older, which is at the end of Prospect Rd, above the Saratoga Country Club offers a spectacular view of the city. The only problem is that you have to hike in about 1-1.5 mile to get to the vista point

Go up to 35 through Saratoga (go north on 35). There's several.

take 9 from the bottom of Saratoga and then go left at the stop sign and go down for a while and you will know it when you see it.

Bernal Road in south San Jose has some decent views of the city. It's not as high in elevation as the others mentioned, though.

my two favorite vistas are from the Lick Observatory (on top of Mt. Hamilton), and from the vista point on Skyline Blvd (hwy 35),just north of Page Mill Road (take 280 north to page mill, head west on page mill, then turn right on Skyline).
