The movie is about 4.7 megs

Well, seeing some of your replies, I wasn't surprised that the STi got owned. For 45000+ compared to 30k, the M3 better win. I mean the M3 has more hp (333 vs 265), more torque (260+ vs 250+), better aerodynamics and better bandwidth. Now if it was a j-spec sti, maybe that'd be more interesting (torque 260+ vs 280+).

At ~48-50K it's closer to 2x, and that's a base wrx too.

3x an STi at is closer to $90-100K, or 2x an actual E46 M3

Yes for 16-20K more it had better be faster

Now I wonder how the RA Spec C would perform...

c'mon guys, dont start that money argument again. sure it cost more for an m3, but that isnt in contest, which one is faster is. the m3 because it was faster, not because it cost more. both are uber schweet tho.

Id rather have the WRX. The M3's motor will blow up before 10k. And if it goes out of warranty, its 20k installed.

Dont' go spreading retard rumors about things you have no idea about.

Rumours?? How you figure? I guess autoweek is spreading rumours too:

you should write them and tell them to stop spreading "retard rumors."

Honestly, after owning, driving and maintaining many different BMWs, i can safely assure you, i know a just a little about what im talking about.
