this is going to be the same as when gas when up!

people will complain bout it and although they have a date of 2011 or 2013, this is going to go on until they "balance" out...

(gas company that made billions in a few months) ring a bell...

don't forget that this increase, as well as the sales tax increase, are to be voted on next month.

I do not understand how they are putting something into effect before it is voted on, but anyway...go vote!!!
