I almost never believe chain letter tripe like that because 99% of them are either chock full of lies or are twisting "facts" and leaving out relevant data so as to drastically change the context to meet their particular point.
The very first item you listed has a source that takes you to the web page for a private group called The Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR), which has direct ties to and received money from hate and neo-**** groups like the Pioneer Fund. That alone should call into question their veracity. But to be "fair" to FAIR, even if you ignore that, the page it goes to lists the source of item one as being a book written by Steven A. Camarota, who just so happens to be the director of research at--wait for it--the Center for Immigration Studies. You'll see why that's relevant in a moment...
The second and third items point to another private group known as the Center for Immigration Studies (CIS), which, unsurprisingly, is controlled by several of the same board members and has been described by it's executive director as a "spin-off" of FAIR.
The fourth link doesn't even work, but the data is actually from the fifth link and the source is FAIR.
The fifth item doesn't actually come from CNN--it's from FAIR, again, who were quoted by someone in a CNN interview: "The Federation for American Immigration Reform says taxpayers spend $12 billion a year on primary and secondary school education for children here illegally. Another $17 billion for the American-born children of illegal aliens, known as anchor babies."
Numbers six and seven are from the same article as four and five, and were stated by Christine Romans, who provides no verifiable source.
The link for number eight doesn't exist, and I can't find it when searching through the same transcript as the above.
Number nine is from the same show as above and was stated by Lou Dobbs--without citing a source.
It should be noted that four, five, six and seven were all from the same episode of the Lou Dobbs' show, which is not a news show, but is an opinion-driven talk show, similar to Countdown with Keith Olbermann (MSNBC), The Rachel Maddow Show (MSNBC), and The O'Reilly Factor (FOX).
I'll end on a better note than the above:
Ten again comes from the Lou Dobbs show, but a different episode. It was stated by Robert Rector, Senior Research Fellow on Welfare and Family Issues at the Heritage Foundation, a conservative think-tank. Not a news source, but his data has been verified and used by our government previously. Does that mean he's accurate? Not necessarily. Does that make number ten the most believable item in that list so far? Most certainly.
I could keep going, but I need to get to work. And please don't take my critique of the thing you pasted as me being supportive of illegal immigrants--there are plenty of things wrong with immigration, I just don't like the massive amount of lies and deception used in these types of hot-button issues.

I don't know how many of the guys on this list are illegal, but this is my biggest concern regarding illegal aliens. They have very little accountability since they are here illegally anyways and some apparently have no regard for humanity. That's a bad mix.
