Understandable, but in reality they make much MORE than that. They can make up to $150 a day plus lunch and transportation... Remember, that's cash, tax free.

I gave up my career in NY to move here x_x. I'll buy more expensive furniture when I find a comparable job here.

I hate to sound like an english professor, but care to cite your sources? I'd love to know what ILLEGALS are making $150 per day. I'll do it for $120/day!!!

15 hours at $10/hour ? It happens. $10/hr was the "normal" rate for the Home Depot parking lot slaves. Might be a little less these days with more competition.
