Why should it be?

The cars only loud at higher boost levels..and going open gate frees up more exhuast for the turbo to breath.

If you want the kit and must have a recirc. dump then pay a few $$$ and have it fabed up into the downpipe.

If your looking to get a rotated kit and put that typa money into a car chances are you would want it to sound agressive

Oh yea..and i would get a standalone at that powerlevel and dump the factory based EM along with a few other parts.

yeah my friend is running an FP red with a UR uppipe with ex dump and its quite abnoxious. As i like to put it, "an open header honda in the front and a suby in the back", in reference to the sounds.

good points. My car is a DD now though, I'm trying to have zero indications the car is not stock (need to blackout fmic...), even thinking about rebadging as 2.5rs. although I think the best setup to exemplify street sleeper beast would be EWG and stock exhaust through a downpipe cutout. This I could see myself trying sometime...

perrin has a history of poor fitment and not enough R&D. They're stuff looks killer but often times doesn't work as well.

I'd go the UR route if you're set on that.

lol how is perrin leading this poll, i'd love to see a public poll and see who is voting for their kit. only advantage I see is the price.

prob just because people are un-educated on this stuff (not too many people running gt35Rs) and perrin is a more well-known name, so people automatically assume its better

thats exactly what i was thinking, the poll is turning into a popularity contest. The perrin also has the 2.5" hotside discharge vs. the UR's 3" discharge. I voted for the UR kit all the way.
