Uhh so whats going on with this?
I swear by this time last year there were a lot of threads being made for voting on the car show, shirt design, event planning, staff sign ups, presale tickets ect ect.
Are we having it at the same location? How far in advance do we need to save it?

I would step up and organize something, but I do not know most of you. I have tried to put events on for other clubs, but I find that if you do not have the backing from senior members then the event doesn't work. We need some senior members to step it up.

I would step up but honestly and no one take this the wrong way but the community just ain't the same...what I mean is when it used to be Mt. Hammy Meets annually it was a different crowd, atmosphere and everything was different compared to the last two "annual" events. Also I don't think anyone except for a few people realize how much work goes into it...good luck if someone takes it on.

I don't mind stepping in and taking charge of the Shirts and what not! If we can get some ideas started on the shirts, we can get BAM X rolling!
How about this for BAM X....Bay Area I-Club Track Day????? I'd be a hundred percent for it and be willing to help organize the event. Of course it would take much prep and time but it shouldn't be too difficult, right? If you're not wanting to track your car, you can at least show up to the track day and enjoy seeing/meeting fellow subies/owners.
What do ya'll think? I think Thunderhill would be the perfect track as there is much room for mucho cars. Does anyone have experience here organizing track days?
OR we can all piggy back with a track day group such as TEAM-Racing or NCRC and call it a day!
