its not a kit car because they build it and as long as its under the smog limit for the motor used i think that makes it 50 state legal, but thats only what i have heard. i have never read any legal document that states that as true or false

It looks like the car that used to lap the streets in Scottsdale AZ. They used to use it for advertising. They are no different then say a Ariel Atom, This just looks more Detroit looking. Errhh ugly!

Well seeings how most of you must have overlooked this.
I bet that they build or rebuild F1 cars for the street.
Or more likely they buy old *** POS Chrysler engines and bolt together an F1 body with that engine.

That is clearly some kind of fiberglass bodied, tube chassis car, NOT a F1 car. It isn't even an Indy Lights chassis. Practically looks like a converted Malibu Grand Prix car LOL, but more likely something like a Formula Ford/2000 chassis.
