My pops went to the farm and got a Goat..Every turkey day we cook about 30lbs of goat with curry, masala, spices etcc...

its our alcohol chaser, need something to snack on

That sounds so good! What does goat meet best compare to? Lamb, pork, beef?

Be do deep fried turkey usually.

Inject butter into it. Stuff with onions and garlic. Rub the crap out of it with butter and a dry spice mix. Slowly drop that bad boy in. Bout 3 hours later it's done.


Best part is that before you do the turkey you can do up some onion rings.



This year I'm going to try something different with the yams. Just trying to figure out what. Probably make some sweet tater fries before we drop the turkey and mix up my own fry sauce.

Deep fried is the way to go. My family has been doing 1 deep fried turkey and 1 regular turkey for the past few years. Deep fried is way better IMO.

Oh man this thing taste awesome, it cooks for about 3-4 hrs in the spice juices. Its a little more gamey than lamb but with indian cooking all you taste is the spices anyway...
