Trying to rent out a room in San Rafael
One of my roommates left, so I have a spare room I need to rent out.
I live in a 4BR/3B house with 2 car garage on a lagoon.
You will get your own BR and B.
$750 including all the utils. I got broadband and digital cable too.
If you are a hot girl, they I might be willing to negotiate the price. j/k
