It's super easy. Go out and mash your brakes, I mean mash 'em repeated braking until their hot and smoking and then let them cool during the process never come to a complete stop. I usually find someplace I can brake hard from 60 to 5 or 10 mph over and over again. Just never come to a complete stop. You don't want to deposit pad material in one place

and then go try them out on the track. The ability to late brake deep into a turn and carry more speed around the corner is fooking amazing!

my usual approach is to head for the hills, and drive hard....

The tricky part is finding a road where this is possible. Not only do you want to avoid coming to a complete stop, you also want to be able to drive for 15 minutes or so without applying the brakes after you bed them in. Last time I did it was in the evening on Canada Road near Crystal Springs Reservoir. The wife came with me and truly enjoyed the experience.
You want to get those suckers hot enough to fade, then just cruise...

ive never heard of just mashing your brakes?

I think you want to drive and brake easy for few mins, let cool briefly, then do 5 medium stops from 70-0, then do a few in reverse where you get up to some speed (not super slow).

im sure noah will tell you.
