Cool Trade in value of a 2K2 bone stock WRX with 16,000 miles on it?

I am going to be parting out my WRX and possibly be trading it in on a Evo if I am fortunate enough to be selected for Warrant Officer Flight Training next month.

What is that trade in value that you guys who have recently traded it off are getting? I actually think that I can get more for trading this car in then I can for selling it outright. Most people know that I had the crap modded out of this car, even though I am putting it back to stock.

Thanks,
Andy

You can probably get around 16-17k for a trade in.

That is what I was thinking Dan. I would be happier than a pig in isht if I could get 17K$ for her.

That's not a lot of miles. You could probably get 20k even for her to a private buyer.

don't you have a 6mt? I would think with that you can get more than 17k from a private party.

btw, you did offer the sti grill to me if you were going to part out the car. so back off 02blackwrx

Even better.

Nope, I am not selling the car with any mods on it. My tranny is already spoken for, twice over (Uh ummml, Freddie).

I should be able to swing around 12 grand for all of my mods, including the tranny.

19100, damn, if I could get that! That would put my down payment at a hellacious $12,000 from my trade in alone. Talk about some small monthy payments on a 5 year loan!

I am going to be selling them too, but they aren't going to be cheap at all.

2 grand firm as marble, with the Rays lug nuts and the tires.
