Any news on the bins? I made a spot in the customer lounge for the bin. If it's huge, it'll be out in the shop...

Every year on Thanksgiving I go down to the local Homeless Shelter in SF to help pass out food...

Last year I saw a van pull up and start handing out food and some toys..some little kids were there too...

Ya you get your "SF druggies and some drunk fools!", but some of them actually need help..

I wouldn't mind after we get this food thing going, picking up the food and going down to the shelter and pass them out personally?? Don't know just a thought, It usually takes 2-4 hours depended on how much food we got!! I know Safeway sells turkeys for like $5.00 each, I can talk to the manager and see if we get a 75 turkeys at $5.00 a pop and we can each donate $5.00??

Just a thought!

Any 1 ever consider setting up a possible meet or show type set up with the local police? This could be a great distrabution thing and show the police we are in good standing with the community. We can just collect allot of toys and canned food and let all show up for a local show type thing with the help of the police, then when the families leave they get a box of stuff. Just an idea, may be too extreme. But My wife and I are willing to help out.
