WOW what a scam. I absolutely HATE crap like this. That tow truck driver needs to be hooked and dragged.

I know it wouldn't help but maybe the tow trucks need to be painted with letters that say "CAR THIEVES/SCAMMERS" to warn other potential victims. What a crock.
