Car Info: 2018 Golf R Variant
Howdy - I have a 2002 MR2 Spyder which needs a LR axle replaced (outer boot is hosed) and is making an expensive sounding noise at road speed (silent when you disengage the clutch, road speed bearing noise with the clutch engaged). Can I bring it by next Tuesday maybe? Back from Sweden and I have the day off, only a few miles from the shop. Would be happy to leave the car for the day if you need to road test.

Please drop off your car Tuesday. We'll be here all day from 9 am till 7 pm. Kevin will diagnose and we'll give you a call to let you know what's going on and our recommendations.
Thank you very much. Look forward to servicing your MR2.

Awesome BBQ Today (8-17-08)
Thank you so much to everyone who came out.
Leo from detailaddict (www.detailaddict.com) gave us all interesting demos of his awesome detail products. Learned a lot. And thank you for helping our people to clean up trouble spots on their cars.
Tony from Dent Free (Dentfree@rcn.com, 650-245-8747) was busy removing dents all day, and did an absolutely phenomenal job. His customers were very pleased with the results, and most people could not tell where previous dents had been, even dents on body lines/seams. For an awesome job on your dent removal, give Tony a call.
As for magnitude, we’re really happy with the turn out and genuinely thank everyone for going out. We had a great time too!
We were happy to give free t-shirts to most people who made it out, over 50 shirts given out total today.
As a group, we ate 65 burgers, 24 grilled chicken breast sandwiches, 16 hotdogs, over 100 sodas, about 40 waters, 24 Gatorades, dozens of ice-creams, and many more snacks.
Below are a bunch of photos from our first BBQ.
Thanks to everyone who helped us set-up—especially TJ—cook--especially Walter!—and clean up—especially Daniel.
Thanks everyone for your support and we are proud to be here on the peninsula to serve the community.
Sincerely,
AutoHQ
Setting up in the morning; thank you so much TJ for arriving early and helping set up!
More friends arrive early to help set-up!
Playing in the shop with our t-shirts
Parking lot starts to fill…
Leo doing some demos. Damn, look at that foam. Car was hella shinny after a rinse.
Someone said, “Tony’s the brownest white dude I’ve ever seen.” Hard at work!
Just chillin’
This guy again? Yes, Logo 4 Life.
Still chillin’
Some of the flyest guys around…
Towing another shop’s broken-down forklift back into our parking lot. “Yeehaw!”
