Timing Belt

im gonna replace my timing belt, since my crankshaft O seal is starting to leak...

Questions:
Whats it like? seems like an easy job to me.
Where do i get the spanner wrench to hold my crank pulley?
What other gaskets and maintainence can i do since i will have the two plastic covers off the front of the engine.

Any tips from you guys, thanks a lot

It's not that bad. If you are remotely inclined you should be able to do it. Hold the crank pulley, spanner??? Huh??? I just use a breaker bar and the appropriate size socket set the breaker abr so it rests on the frame rail and give the engine a quick bump. Don't start it, just a quick bump. it'll break loose. The timing belt drive pulley is a little bit more difficult to get off. I didn't have a puller so a made one. Main Crank seal, the o-ring, inspect the cam seal/o-ring. Replace belt. As long as you place everything into TDC there shouldn't be a problem. For gods sake, if you don't know how to do the tensioner properly either find out how or take it somewhere. This is the bugger that'll get ya.
