Negative. I can post the pic of my fix it ticket that I received on 5-7-06. It is a fix it ticket. I just received the court notice. 10$ + ticket signed off, or aprox 180$ with no proof of correction. I will take it off, have it signed off, and go get it put back on the same day.

I believe youre talking about the ones that relect light away, rather than just block it? keeps the car cool....or I may be talking out of my ***.

According to the Marin county superior court(bastards) it is at the officers disgression if he chooses to issue the ticket as a correctable violation or not. I got hit for it in Marin. It was issued as non-correctable. I called the court house with a WTF???. That was what they gave me as an answer.

Metallic fims are actually tinted with a metallic material. It will not discolor or fade. Non-metallic is a dyed film. It will usually turn purple after time.

OMEGA ROCKS !!!!!!

the only shop that does all my cars period. I am going back nextweek to do another vehicle. just dont go too crazy on the tint. Too dark and you will get pulled over one day.

I have never been ticketed on any of our cars because I follow what Vincent's suggestion and advice all the time. Oh and all my windows are tinted including the front windshield (full front not just the top)

crossing my fingers...gulp

Thats what I hate about living in Marin, they seem more harsher then other Counties.
