so if you quote (example) $40 for a $100 window you will have to honor that price and $60 will come out of your paycheck, Law?...doesn't make much sense to me..

yes its illegal to charge an employee for misquoting an order, or if they break merchandise, etc.

the only thing closest to it but is quasi-legal, is when Car Dealerships have "chargebacks", when a car they sold comes back to the dealership with a problem with the car within a certain period of time, and they take it out of the salesperson's commission on that sale.

Hello there Auto R&D,

You are not allowed to conduct business through/on i-Club without being a vendor. And, that is exactly what you were doing PMing people with quotes.

Either become a vendor, or stop your sneaky practices.

---

In terms of this particular incedent, I feel that advertised price is the bottom low price and trying to lowball by $150 is not right. Just my .02 rubbles.

Take a look at some of our relationships. You guys should be happy there's a place in NorCal stepping up to the PLATE.

We have been working very hard to bring an actual importer to NorCal. Please don't ruin the relationship between importer and end user. We are here to support your needs, but not at our own expense nor our dealers.

We are one of four importers of Work Wheels, Meister S1 is exclusive to us.
