Three people split DeltaDash?
Hey I'm not a software licensing guru, so hear me out. I can't justify spending $330 on software to monitor my car occasionally, but I could definitely stomach $110. Deltadash offers a pricing schedule that allows for three people (different ECUs) to use the software.
I'm sure there are others that would like to get some HP estimates (using the road dyno) and log some runs for all the parameters that DD can do.
Would this split be kosher/legal? Who's interested?

Enthusiast Licensing
DeltaDash is available to car enthusiast to use to test and diagnose their own car. The software will work with up to 3 different ECU versions. This allows use on, for example, two cars owned by the enthusiast, plus one car owned by a friend. The software will remember the first 3 car ECUs with which it has been used, and this will form the 3 car license for the product.
Some examples of this type of license are given below, so that it is clear to all customers:
If you use 3 different ECU types in your own car, then this constitutes the 3 ECU license - the software will then also work with any other cars with any of these three ECUs e.g. AF421, AF422 & AF423 US Impreza ECUs.
Similarly, if you have two friends with Subarus and each of you has a different ECU type, then your license can be for all three of these cars, plus any others that have one of these three ECUs e.g. AF423 (US WRX), AF481 (JDM STI) & AJ241 (US 2.5 STI).
This licensing method allows EcuTek to sell DeltaDash at a discount to the enthusiast. Even so, all software feature updates and enhancements will be available free of charge as a download from the EcuTek web site. If you are intending to use DeltaDash on a large number of varying vehicles, it is likely that you will require the professional version described below.

I would totally love to rent it Slack. How much? I basically just want to log my car a bunch after I get the turbo/injectors in. See if a fuel pump is necessary with Cobb's VF34 map.
But I don't think sharing the dongle would pose THAT much of an issue...I mean how often do you want to log your car? And there are a LOT of meets, etc...
Just thinking....
