How does giving a BJ make you sleepy?

I used to drink 2-3 red bull's a day and always had a lot of trouble getting good sleep. After quitting the stuff, I get great sleep and feel much better during the day as well. The first week was a bit tough, but after that you really do feel a lot better overall. Not sure if that's the case with Daniel, but its at least something to consider.

Thanks

I don't drink ANY stimulants of any sort because they just give me anxiety... Every now and then I'll have a soda with caffeine but that's really rare.

Weed helps but I need to smoke it a few hours before bed, that way it wears off and you naturally get tired. If I smoke right before bed, my mind will just wander and keep me up.

Sometimes on sundays after a weekend of staying up too late I also have a very hard time trying to get to sleep. I toss and turn till 2-3 a.m. and I have to get up at 5:15 so it just frustrates you. I have found that good ole nyquil cherry really does the trick for me. I take one big cap full around 7:30 and by 8:30 I am already getting very sleepy. I take it soo early so I can let the effects of it wear off by the time I have to get up. I tried getting like 6 hours of sleep taking nyquil and it fails badly, you are VERY groggy when its time to get up.

For brucelee I know this is probably stating the obvious but do you abstain from stimulants I.E. caffene or energy drinks?

And for the weed thing. Allot of folks have random drug tests for work so weed is absolutely out of the question if you value your livelyhood.
