1.) Right cross to below the corner of the mouth.
2.) Rear naked choke, leave it in for a little while longer (as needed).
Those are the easiest with which to lose consciousness.

For the past week, I kept seeing late night commercials for Alteril. Apparently that's also OTC and "natural" (whatever the hell that means nowadays). It's about $11-12 for 30, I think. Give it a shot? Lemme know how it works if you do.

I have Been up basically since saturday with only 2 hours sleep on wednesday afternoon. A friend was in the hospital and I normally don't sleep at night while my husband sleeps as he has sleep apnea and I fear he will quit breathing. It's one of my fears as that's how my mom found my dad when she woke up one day. I fear I will wake up one day to that as I have had to wake him several times to breath again. I tend to sleep when he goes to work but having to be at the hospital since Sunday until wednesday this week seems to be dragging out for me.
I know blah blah blah back to what i do to sleep when i can lol I will usually take a couple benadryl and a couple advil pm and I take a few other meds for my medical problems and it usually gets me to sleep. If i take meds and stay up not gonna work but if i take them and Lay right down it usually works well.

Yeah, cpap will cure sleep apnea and keep O2 up during sleep. Ask for sleep study from his doctor.
As for Bruce's lack of sleep, I'm wondering if you take lots of stimulants like above member already has mentioned. Seroquel usually works well. Need prescription though.
