TGVless worth it?

Okay, I have a jdm sti tgvless manifold. The cost to install is 200. I am up for smog this coming Jan. Ive got a stage 4 (vf34, cobb ap and all supporting mods). I need to retune with my set up and was wondering if putting this manifold on is worth it? What gains have you guys experienced going tgvless?

Thanks for some opinions and help.

tgvless is a great mod, you would be amazed at the amount of air that is being restricted because of the tgv's...

id say do it, but mental note, your car will run like garbage until you get it tuned...

not only is it used to reduce emissions, it helps atomize the fuel in the cylinders causing a clean combustion, thu helping warm up the car =)

How much power does this usually yield with a vf34?
