Tennis Stringing

Anyone have a good tennis stringer or anyone that strings rackets? I broke my strings today . I have a game on thursday, but I don't want to use my crappy backup racket.

nope, but I know I want to get some big bangers. The bad thing is that I don't know where to get them since the golfsmith near my house closed

Go to Rick's World of Tennis on Mission Blvd by Kimber woods. I've been going there since jr high (circa 1993) and they hooked us up alot when i played at mission san jose.

Try Timo on the mains and Reaction or a soft string on the crosses...Feels pretty good and im not even a fan of Hybrids.

Al : I'll hit if you come to fremont since I can't drive

Japisican : How much would big bangers be with your hook ups? Also for the hybrid set up? My friend told me to hybrid big bangers with some crappy syn gut.

I got my racket strung, but it'll be gone by the end of the week depending on how practice goes, since it's strung with 18 gauge syn gut, because it was the only strings I could get my hands on.

My hybrid is pretty soft. Kevlar on the mains and synthetic on the crosses =0

I'll be interested in hitting in Fremont if there were more people going.

Going by the not so good USTA rating what would you rank yourself at?

So you are about 3.0

Good stuff. Gather some people up and I'll be down to hit.

Why would public courts cost money? I'm down to play anymore without cracks.
