Question Tein S.Tech Guys plz read

Just wondering how long have you had the springs on and what size rims are you using. And is it worth it? or should i go with the eibachs?

I use the Tein S-tech on my Wagon. I love these springs. Just as stiff as I want them. I use 17's. They are pretty stiff as far as springs go. They will wear out the stock struts quickly. I have had mine on for a good 3-4 months. I don't have any problem with them. The Eibachs will ride almost like stock, just a little lower. The Tein's do not ride like stock, they are much stiffer than stock.

I run 215/45/17 because of the Wagon. I don't have any rubbing with this setup. As far as struts, I'm not sure. I was looking at KYB's but they don't exactly fit very well. I see there is also Leda Adjustable but they might be expensive. There is also the STI 4 way Adjustable which are serious bank. The other option is to get some used struts and do the Koni inserts. So as you can see I haven't quite decided. I may just say screw it and get coilovers.

Mine should be here in a couple days. Do you have any Scraping issues anywhere? or does a 2 inch drop still leave the car at a decent heighth(sp?).

Well it's not quite 2 inches. It's more like an inch and a half. 25mm is an inch. 45mm is about 1.5 or so. But I only scrape on the most severe of driveways. But I haven't scraped over any speed bumps or anything like that. I have hit dead animals with something underneath the car. Like animals in the road that you drive over, hit I believe the Rear Diff. But that's it.

You will scrape the front lip. Be extremely careful when pulling into parking spots that have that concrete thing in front. I already catch that with no front lip. Ya, you will be doing the sideways driveway thing.

I don't really get any of that freeway bouncing stuff. The ride itself is just rough. But as far as that, flat road bouncyness that I hear people talk about, I don't have that.
