Tein Circuit Master Type-RA Info

I will be looking to possibly rebuild or revalve these with different spring rates down the road. I'm pretty sure it's set on the spring rates from Tein 8k front 6k rear. I know PSI at Infineon do an awesome job with suspension, took a set up there for GST before, so you know their work is quality. Now question is, for a street(Mountain) and track even set up, should I keep the same spring rate and go with swifts or.... possibly drop the front spring rate a bit. I just want some suggestions from those who are on track right now. If anyone still has them on their car I'd love their input also. All I can find are FS threads on Nasioc....... so not much info I really want. Also does PSI work on Tein products.

TEIN USA is the only place to have TEIN coilovers rebuilt. I checked with PSI a few years ago and they did not do them.

I dunno they may not work for my application. It really depends on what type of options are out there. Since they are shorter stroked than more street oriented.

8/6 is a pretty reasonable spring rate for a trackable daily driver like yourself.

I wouldn't go any lower than 7/5. I had 16/12 on one of my cars back in the day. No bueno.

Well because of it being track oriented. I may have to go a notch stiffer to compensate. I hit bump stops every so often where I go huh? And realize I definitely took the turn hard.

I think I saw you heading out west on 92 around 1PM today. Car looks/sounds nice. I was in the muddy Justy going the other way just East of the hairpin but I doubt you saw me.

So hard core! Where are you hitting bump stops on streets? I cannot imagine a scenario where that would happen in normal circumstances, and I have done a lot of driving on a lot of roads.

I adjusted the rebound/compression last night but before that I was making that hwy1 to 92 east turn at like.... 40 hit bump stop I mean yeah its a bit obnoxious turn plus speed but........ My koni's and swifts on a LEGACY didnt do that. I know I'm in a totally different game now. The coils definitely handle good though.
