people who buy phones from me and are already grandfathered in get moved over to unlimited. if a person already has unlimited data, I'm not gonna cut them off. from my ATT account rep's perspective, they don't force you to change at the point of upgrade

If Verizon were smart they should give people from other carriers with unlimited, unlimited data on their network. Only thing that kept me on AT&T was the fact that I didn't want to lose my data plan.

But no where did I sign say there was a limit till they capped you, not only that I got lied to that it ends on every billings cycle I'm done with mine and still have the same issues.
My wife has sprint and she's leaving them to join me on Vz. Their service is terrible now and has gotten worse over the last yr.

Her 4G speeds are slower than my 3G speeds.

Tons of emails
Lots of browser surfing
finding a new torrent to download (movie, music, tv show ect)
I decided to just grab a pair of USB headphones at work and listen to pandora on my work machine. Problem solved.

Right up to the point when your IT department blocks it, because your chewing up bandwith that is needed for file transfers, VPN, and such. I know we have it blocked because people were killing the flow here.

No, the unlim data is tied to the phone NUMBER, not the PLAN the phone is on.

I was on my parents family plan for 7 years (where i got my unlim) and when i left the unlim data went with the number. So i kept it, but no one else on the plan has it. Kinda sucks that way, but i guess its smarter for the provider haha

At which point I'll start using google music. They aren't going to block themselves
