That's just serious lack of training...horrible for the victims that were being held hostage.
Serious lack of safety on the "SWAT" teams part though...check out finger on the trigger or at least inside the guard and gun pointed at fellow squad member in front of them when they are lined up.

Nothing new. been like that ever since I was a kid back home. Third world country with no money nor experience in these kids of situations.
