super bad week for my car
within a week, a got a hit and run at an intersection, pulled over for my exhaust, and now someone was trying to break into my car heard my car alarm went off at work, and when i got to the car, no one's there, except a rock lying on the floor, and cracks on my passenger window.
i hate these sh*t. even more money i gotta spend to fix my car

yup, gotta take thigns into perspective and realize that it COULD be worse.
sorry to hear of your misfortunes. where do you work? isn't there any security in the parking lot? i can imagine vandalism/theft at a residential parking lot, but not at a commercial/corporate lot.

i work very long hours at an architecture office in SOMA, some alley off howard and 10th. during the day, i put it in a commercial lot, but when the lot closes at night, i just park on the streets downstairs from my office.
my boss actually went and chased that guy down for 7 blocks on his harley when my alarm went off. but lost him when he started running into 1 way streets.

sucks to hear that...
I remember when I first bought my WRX and brought it home...someone shoved a screwdriver in the trunklock. Don't know what they were trying to do as the seats don't fold down but it sucked nonetheless.
Well, like some have already said...it could've been worse.
at least it's friday
