Not if the hot curling irons get to her first - but the benefit of that is that she'll never breed. It sucks that she was supposed to appear in court on the 17th of April to deal with the Mental Health Unit - says she's already got a defense lined up...

Sandra Cantu likely died before search for her even began

You know, about 80-90% of murderers do have mental issues. Maybe a way to fix this issue is to have evaluations during say a couple of years of increments (just as there is a test for females at 18 to make sure they can have babies). It seems that our society has psychotics everywhere (uncontrollable ones).

I think someone ought to shove a 12 gauge up this womans' c**t and pull the trigger - repeatedly.
If you wonder why, here's the latest: http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/articl...ed=rss.bayarea
That's right - rape with a foreign object BEFORE the killing.

Tracy Murder Suspect Weeps In Court
STOCKTON, Calif. -- A Tracy woman accused of killing 8-year-old Sandra Cantu wept Tuesday during her first court appearance.
Melissa Huckaby, 28, was led into a Stockton courtroom in a red jumpsuit and shackles for the afternoon arraignment.
She continued to cry as Judge Richard Vlavianos read the charges: one count of murder with the special circumstances of rape with a foreign object, lewd or lascivious conduct with a child under 14 and murder in the course of a kidnapping.
Huckaby did not enter a plea.
Authorities have not said how or where Sandra Cantu was killed, nor discussed a possible motive. But a complaint filed against Huckaby suggested the child was killed on or about March 27, the day she was reported missing from Orchard Estates Mobile Home Park.
Huckaby, a Sunday school teacher at Clover Road Baptist Church, was arrested late Friday, four days after Cantu's body was found stuffed in a suitcase in an irrigation pond north of Tracy.
The special circumstances in a complaint filed Tuesday make Huckaby eligible for the death penalty of prosecutors choose to pursue that option.
Huckaby told a Tracy Press reporter the suitcase was hers but it had been stolen the day Sandra went missing.

I'd rather her plead out for life in prison - makes the death penalty all that more certain. I'm sure the women in her cell block will take turns at her with a hot curling iron, if not worse "foreign objects" to give her as brutal (hopefully far more brutal) experience as she gave that poor innocent girl.

Let's see - either way, I'm rather certain she's getting the death penalty.
