Any recommends on body shops that specialize in Subarus?

I need a quote on:
- deletion of aftermarket sunroof
- re-fasten/weld of cross members (especially B-pillar)
- new roof
- paint match

You're talking about $5 to $7k worth of work.
The way of doing it is to cut the roof of your car off and replacing it.
It's expensive. You might just want to keep your sun roof.

Although they don't specialize in Subies (work mainly on high-end German cars), Matt's Auto Body in SF did the roof of my car when the hood flew up and smacked it. Turned out great, but they may be a bit far from you.

 

I really want the look and feel of a sunroof. However, I do not want to drill holes. HAHAHAHAHAHA that is hilarious! People are always judging on cars that don't have sunroofs pshh LMAO.

 

East Bay, not South Bay, but I was referred to Baron Von Frier by Gregory Smith (Roo) formerly of Marin Subaru and they did a great job. Their customer service was amazing too.

They drove to my home while I was at work to inspect the damage and give me an estimate! They worked with me when I refused to have certain decals removed. I would definitely recommend them and use them again if I ever need to.
