The fact that it's a 2 door is the best friggin thing EVER! If you're above 6'0, you'll know what I mean. With the four door body you have the damn c pillar right in your face when you look out the window and it SUCKS!
I think I'm gonna get my wife to get one when they come out!

BTW, this reminds me of when I got my RS, then a year later it was announced that the WRX was coming to US shores and I had soooo much buyers remorse! I always regretted not waiting, but in the end I was happy that I had my GC8 because I drove it to hell and back, and was able to pick up a WRX when they refined it a bit because I was never a fan of bug eyes.
My friend got a 2.5i a couple months back and is KICKING himself for not waiting for this car! He's so pissed... Sadly I know what he feels...

Kinda reminds me of a Nissan Z and a Genesis combined. Looks better then the toyota, thats for sure.
Maybe Subaru can get back into the WRC with this car since it has potential to be smaller and much lighter, unlike the heavy Impreza which has gained an *** ton of weight over the years.

HELL YES!!! Exactly what I was thinking!
Then I'd have an AWD STi with some impressive power, a car that sticks to the road... Then have that new coupe in RWD to flick around everywhere I go!!!
I soooo want my wife to get one!!

in case everyone missed it...
3 million yen = $32,592 U.S. dollars
The increased performance, all wheel drive and pumped body will be adding around half a million yen to the tag bringing the car to around 3 million yen come 2011.
