I'm not one to say much, especially on threads like this, but I'm gonna quote you here and show you why it's a problem. You just said "a deal was a deal." Now, the deal was that it was a 38mm, not a 44mm, that you were selling Boo. You sold it by advertising it as a 38mm and when the buyer found it it was not, in fact, a 38mm he called you back and asked just for his money back and to return you your falsely advertised item. The fact that you could not honor that just shows what kind of a guy you are.

Wow, glad I didn't buy his rims then. I had made arrangements to buy his prodrive's a month ago, texted and called him like he wanted to and left me hanging. At least he could have said, I changed my mind or given me any response. I changed my work schedule to pick up the rims.

The deal was for a 38mm part, which you as the seller confirmed, but was intending to scam the buyer.
