Completely irrelevant. Using that logic you can go around telling me a 6 year old is hot because of how she may look in the future...
We're looking at them right now... It's like Kate upton. Hot as **** now, who knows in the future, but who cares...

Stone has a great body, but fails in the facial department.
I would argue that Stone has a better body than Watson, but if given the choice, I'd take an 8 body with a great face over a 9 body with a creepy face.
