Stolen: MY02 WRX (WRB) sedan Oakland (Lake Merritt area)

Stolen: MY02 WRX (WRB) sedan Oakland (Lake Merritt area)
Just a heads up and if you can be on the look out for my buddy's MY02 5MT bugeye WRX sedan in WRB stolen over the weekend in the Lake Merritt area in Oakland (sorry no pics, but mostly stock and looks like the photo below). It was mildly modded with the following:
- Wings West rally series rear spoiler (vendor photo below)
- Painted color-matched stock side skirts
- Lowered ~ 1in.
- Stock wheels
- Cleared out head lights
- Yellow fogs at night
- Otherwise stock
He's been parking it in the same area for 10 years without incident. Would appreciate if you hit me up if anyone sees it, he just wants it back (in one piece, hopefully) thanks.

do you have the license plate number so we can possibly positively identify the car. id hate the call the police for a stolen vehicle and find out its not the one being looked for

**** that is scary! I have the same exact car. Did he have any anti-theft devices?! I hope it turns up in one piece. I just saw this car last week, prolly parked on your buddies drive-way.

Thanks guys, it sucks having your car stolen. Hopefully it comes back unadulterated.
Because it's not my car, i don't want to put his plates out on blast to the public. I'll ask him if he's comfortable with giving his plates out. Thanks for looking out.

Damn bro, having your car stolen is the worst feeling.. I had my civic stolen overnight a few months back , I was in major panic mode.. but do not worry, I got the car back in one piece, some stupid idiot drove it to other side of san jose and left it there, hope you find the car in one piece, i will keep a look-out.. good luck bro
