Death due to influenza in the US is about 2000 a year. Death due to the vaccine is zero. Approximately 5 people in the US will develop a serious condition due to getting the influenza vaccine.
5 serious illnesses versus 2000 dead? I think the vaccine still wins.
white paper with data, not my original source, but close enough:

unofficially the swine flu turns your immune system against you. If you somehow get the swine flu after getting the vaccine, the chances of you dying are higher since your immune system is stronger and will evidently backfire and have a higher chance of killing you.

By being stronger how does it back fire and have a higher chance of killing you, when it has the ability to recognize and how to fight the virus?
I think you may be referring to the immune response from allergens, in which the body can respond on a large scale by releasing mast cells/ granulocytes which have a lot of negative effects and can lead to death.
The only other thing that "turns your immune system against you" are auto immune diseases such as HIV, AIDS, Lupus, etc..

Since when did you become a Pathologist? That doesn't make any sense, the H1N1 is a viral strand of the flu, just like all of the other ones, with a slightly different composition. As with all vaccines, a purified strain is introduced and the body builds humoral immunity and learns to produce the proper antigens which produce the antibodies to fight the infection. Your body then learns and gains the capability to fight it off.

In any case, I'm not taking the shot especially since I don't trust much of the US Government and their theories on why things are bad.
They screwed up a lot of r&n with drugs they put out, and they like to lie a lot.
IE weed makes you aggressive.

I think you might be referring to cytokine storm which is where the body basically over reacts. It doesn't make the body fight it's self, it just can't handle some of the side affects of the large scale attacks.
That being said, no one's been able to prove that the cytokine storm is actually triggered by the H1N1 virus or the vaccine, its just a theory as you stated.

I used to get the flu ever single friggin year of my life until about 4-5 years ago when I started getting flu shots, and I haven't had the flu since! That's not to say I haven't felt like I had the flu from hangovers or food poisoning,
