Eh, I'm pretty sick and tired of hearing "Well he'll get his, what goes around comes around..." yea, that's your job to make sure it doesn't happen again. Should have beat his *** AND sent him to the hospital with a broken leg and smashed his ***** with a crowbar.
Then he can think about what he did wrong while he's in the hospital with his legs split and no dick to screw a girl with.
Anywho, best luck with the car, next time someone finds someone doing something bad, please let them know by sending them to the hospital.
p.s. the world is one screwed up place when you can't defend your own property, or you get sued when you try. Screw the government, isn't like the police will do anything to give you your $$ back. It's time to defend yourself.

Thanks guys. I'm pretty sure it's stripped by now. The alarm didn't even go off. WTF!? How the hell he get around it? I have all my keys/remotes accounted for.
The funny part is that the officer that filled out the report remembered me pinning the guy down in the middle of the street the last time it happened.

I'm sure you've contacted the police, have you told them that you suspect it's that guy? Can't they knock on his door and ask him some questions, see how he reacts? I bet he's not stupid enough to leave your car in his garage ..it's probably at his friend's place..but still the police should do some detective work.

Unfortunately in this society we have to live amongst thieves and people with no honor..the best you can do is put your prized stuff in a garage and get good insurance...If a professional thief wants your stuff they will get it.
All this talk of reprisals and violence will just end up with you in trouble...it sucks but you need to stay calm and let the police deal with it...it sucks but's that's the way it works.
Sorry for your loss dude, that was a clean looking car.
